Your time with us should feel calm, clear, and unhurried. Here's everything you need to prepare for your first appointment at Infuse One Ohio.
Before you arrive
Complete your patient consent form and medical history online. Eat a light meal and drink plenty of water the day of your visit unless your physician advises otherwise.
What to bring
A photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any prior authorization paperwork sent from your referring provider.
Arrival & check-in
Arrive 15 minutes early so our team can confirm your therapy orders, take vitals, and walk you to your private suite.
During your infusion
Relax in a recliner with blankets, streaming TV, Wi-Fi, snacks, and beverages. A registered nurse stays close throughout your visit.
After your visit
We share visit notes with your referring physician and help schedule follow-up appointments based on your treatment plan.
